My name is Faith and I have a Diploma of Social Science and have over 35 years expereince.

Annangrove Preschool Kindergarten is family owned and operated. I was born in Newry, Northen Ireland, moving to Australia in my early life.

I have four children of my own 3 boys and 1 girl with the eldest being 31 and youngest 16.

Hi my name is Kimberly, and I have been working in the Early Childhood Industry since 2012.

I completed my Bachelor of Early Childhood

Education and Care Birth-5 Years in 2017 specialising in the early years.

In 2023 I have been accredited as a 'Proficient Teacher'. It has always been my passion to care for and educate young children enabling them to become confident and capable learners. Growing up it was always my dream to work as a Teacher and advocate for young children. Striving to be a Centre Director and Educational Leader.

I have three older brothers and am an Aunt to twelve nieces and nephews ranging from 5 to 23 years old.

As the Educational Leader I guide and mentor educators to ensure they are reaching each individual child’s strengths and learning goals, providing and nurturing educational learning environments. My role ensures that all children and their varying capabilites are supported and children are offered optimal learning opportunities.

My love for Annangrove grows daily as we are able to provide the children a large variety of indoor and outdoor environments - the children never cease to amaze me. There is no better feeling than watching children who have transitioned their way

through the centre from the youngest room (red room) and graduating to head off to primary school the following year.
